Yoga is a practice that wholly nurtures. Coming from Sanskrit meaning "to yoke," each aspect of the practice allows us to become more connected with our body, breath, and being. How each person achieves alignment is different - through poses, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, music. We work to find the best method to awaken your higher self. Whether it's the physical benefits of each asana, or ethereal uplifting, discover what awaits you as you explore your practice.

About Me
I began my yoga journey in 2022 as a way to practice better mindfulness and self-acceptance after difficult times, including the loss of my Dad. As my personal practice quickly blossomed, I found a love for the meditative and healing quality yoga provides that goes beyond its physical benefits.
I believe yoga is an amazing way to cultivate your inner strength and peace. To surrender to, not suppress, everything that shows up for you. Exploring further, I earned my RYT-200 certification through the Be More Konnected school to deepen my practice and to be able to give back to the yoga community that's given me so much.
Working in the medical device field, I am on a mission to promote wellness for mind, body, and soul to as many people as possible.
My classes set a stage for you to create a deeper connection with inner self, your breath, and your body. So after class you feel grateful, grounded, and empowered. In my meditation workshops and 1 on 1 sessions, we leverage the tools of meditation, breathwork, and more to go deeper into ourselves. By building our self-connection, we can radiate our authentic, best selves outward.
